Dear Doctor Kim:

On January 27, 2005 I celebrated my 78th birthday and on February 3rd I completed 25 Lordex treatments and feel like a new man. It was the finest birthday present I have ever received.

To remind you of the condition that I came to you with for help, I had been examined by my neuroloigst and all he could prescribe was three epidural injections in the spine for the relief of my excruciating pain and failing complete relief he could operate to relieve the pressure on the 4th lumbar vertebre emanating nerve. I had no interest in any operation that could not guarantee complete success.

I read about the Back center and Lordex and came to you for advice. You laid out a program for me and controlled my daily treatment with your hands-on adjustments interspersed and I came to the end of the 25 treatments and my super birthday present.

I want also to take the opportunity to thank your staff of assistants who are very knowledgeable and hard working. Their good humor and kind attention to my needs when in the harness on the Lordex equipment was a great factor in my personal comfort.

I was being treated for neuropathy by medication with no avail. My spinal x-ray showed L4 and L5 collasped together. After being treated with the Lordex System of decompression therapy, my neuropathy symptoms have almost completely abated.

I've been dealing with back pain for about 10 years, but on Feb. 14, 2005, when we were carrying out a patient to her truck, I felt my back spasm. Then 3 days later I had the worst pain of my life in my right hip and numbness and tingling going down my right leg. I began to do physical therapy to rehab and was also at that time taking 2 epidurals which didn't help me. While I was doing therapy at the end of February, I had my first MRI which showed an extruded disc and several other bulging discs on my lumbar spine. I heard about the Back Center and I got a trial visit. The treatments were approved by my insurance and I went for about 30 visits. When I went for my second MRI on July 5th the extrusion on the disc was gone. My neurosurgeon who had wanted to do surgery in May, said that was now no need for surgery when I saw him in July a few days after the second MRI. I think betwen the Lordex treament and the physical therapy, I'm on my way to very good outcome.

Doctor Kim and Staff,

For as long as I can remember I've suffered with back pain from a car accident I had back in 99'. I've gone through several treatment methods, and I have spent hours with various doctors discussing different methods to end my pain with no success. My back pain made it difficult to sit still for long periods of time, and caused issues with my sleeping habits. Being an ICU Nurse it's imperative that my back pain is minimal, and that I get a good  nights rest. I'm constantly lifting patients in and out of bed and other various object putting constant strain on my back. It was not until my roommate, also a patient of yours, told me how he suffered from back pain too, due to his scoliosis, and that Dr. Kim's treatments alleviate the pain and made his everyday life easier. I figured what do I have to lose, and went in for a treatment, I can honestly say that I have not had a better nights rest since the night of my treatment and while I have not been able to make it back since due to schedule conflicts, I am amazed by how much better my back feels.
